Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Currently we do not deliver to East Port-of-Spain, South of Point Fortin, South of Mayaro and North East of Sangre Grande. Should an order come from one of the above mentioned areas Pharmtech (Caribbean) Limited is willing to meet at mutually convenient public places. Pharmtech (Caribbean) Limited reserves the right to amend the list of above mentioned areas that we do not deliver to.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Pharmtech (Caribbean) Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the Trinidad & Tobago.
